L’IEEPI coopère avec la Chine

Une délégation du Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration (SIPA) en visite en France est venu à la rencontre de l’IEEPI le 17 décembre 2010, faisant suite à une première intervention de l’IEEPI au Shanghaï International Property Forum 2010.

Antoine Dintrich, Directeur Général de l’IEEPI est intervenu à Shanghai le 26 novembre lors du Shanghai International Intellectual Property Forum 2010, sur la thématique :
“The role of IP during the industry upgrade in the development of innovative city: the example of the clustering approach in France ”.

Objectifs de la rencontre :
- Connaitre les actions mises en œuvre autour de la gestion du transfert de technologie et la valorisation des brevets
- Echanger sur la compréhension des problématiques de PI et les expériences liées à la protection et au management de la PI, notamment auprès des PME
- Présenter les derniers travaux sur la protection et la contrefaçon de la PI à Shangai, en Chine.

Shanghai Intellectual Property Administration (SIPA) is the competent governmental authority in charge of patent affairs and the coordinator for foreign-related IPR issues in Shanghai Municipality, P. R. China. SIPA aim to encourage innovation & creation, promote IPR protection & commercialization, and to create favorable IPR development environment for domestic and foreign businesses in Shanghai China.
Entrusted by the State Intellectual Property Office, P. R. China and Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, SIPA organizes the grant event of Shanghai International Intellectual Property Forum each year, with high-level speakers and participants from different countries and regions. The Forum provides an interactive platform for government agencies, research institutions, legal bodies and industries through academic exchanges, experience sharing, reasoning and discussions. The different perspectives help to examine and seek solutions for some of the most pressing IPR issues in today’s world. The Shanghai International Intellectual Property Forum 2010 (the 7th Shanghai International IP Forum) will be held on November 26th, 2010 in Shanghai China. The theme of the Forum 2010 is “Intellectual Property and Innovative Cities”.
The one-day program includes in-depth and thorough examination of links between IP and innovative cities, in respect to the following three sessions:
* The role of Intellectual Property in Cities’ Innovation-driven Policies
* Intellectual Property and Upgrade of Cities’ Industrial Structure
* Intellectual Property and Cities’ Innovation Support Environment
The Shanghai International Intellectual Property Forum 2010 is expecting some of the most prominent experts in the field of IPR as well as high-level government officials and business leaders from different countries & regions.
